San Francisco Cottage

This dilapidated cottage has been completed transformed into a sumptuous and contemporary urban dwelling.  The original main level of 600 square feet space was doubled with spiral staircase down to a new ground level consisted of open living room, study, sunroom and a second bath.  The property had been seismically upgraded with all new foundation.
